AskChris has 5 options for online counselling:

  • One off Response
  • Chat Therapy
  • Life Coaching
  • Supervision
  • Educational Psychologist

 

One off response

This is where the client sends through one message to AskChris, and receives one reply.
This process works similar to email, but all correspondence is made through our confidential and anonymous website. One Off Response is not limited to one time only. You may correspond with your AskChris therapist regularly this way.

The fee for this service is $59 per One Off Response.

Chat therapy

Chat therapy involves booking a set time with an AskChris therapist to receive real-time therapy.
This process is similar to MSN or Skype, where you and the AskChris therapist type conversations via our secure chat room in real time. These sessions are booked on the hour, and are for 45 minutes.

The fee for Chat Therapy is $89 per 45 minute session.

Life coaching

AskChris life coaching is provided by Deborah Prideaux and is available either via our One Off Response or Chat Therapy. The fee for Life Coaching is the same as for counselling.

Supervision

At AskChris we provide Supervision to other counsellors and those in helping professions. We understand that those in counselling or management positions are busy, and therefore have created a specialized format for Supervision that is available through the One Off Response option. Supervision may also be provided through the Chat Therapy option if you feel this would work better for you.

Educational pyschologist

Our Educational Psychologist, Pauline Ogilvy, provides counselling for a variety of Parenting, Family and Relationship issues.

All payments for AskChris services are made through PayPal.
AskChris does not store any credit card information, nor have access to any credit card details.
With PayPal you can choose to pay using your credit card, debit card or bank account.
All fees are quoted in New Zealand Dollars.
