One off response - Step by step

Signup by clicking the Signup button, or log in by typing your email address and password in the boxes provided.
Signing up involves the following information:

• Screen name
• Age range
• Gender
• Area of residence

Buy a counselling session by clicking on the Buy More link and selecting what you want.

Click the Ask Now button and type your questions. Include background information related to your question(s), and your thoughts and concerns. Your question will be anonymously assigned to your therapist to await a response.

We endeavour to answer all One Off Responses within 72 hours, but often it is much quicker than this.
Log back into the website and go to your confidential corner. You will not receive an email letting you know your response has been written. Your response will be sitting in your Inbox.

If you would like to send a reply back to the same therapist, you can click on the link provided (assuming you have already purchased another One Off Response), or you can use a different AskChris therapist by going back to step 3 and starting the process again.
